By using the FluentSupply website and services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Services
FluentSupply is a sourcing platform that connects buyers with Chinese manufacturing partners. Services include catalog browsing, inquiry submission, quotation, and order coordination.

Inquiries & quotations
Submitting an inquiry is not a binding order. Quotations are estimates and may change with quantity, specification, or material cost. Final pricing is set in a written purchase agreement.

Accounts
Account registration is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and providing accurate information. You may close your account at any time.

Intellectual property
Catalog content — product images, descriptions, branding — belongs to FluentSupply or its suppliers and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not redistribute it without permission.

Liability
FluentSupply acts as an intermediary between buyer and manufacturer. We are not liable for product defects, shipping delays, or third-party disputes beyond the contracted scope of service. Liability is capped at the value of the relevant purchase order.

Changes
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
